Waggener & Foster LLP (formerly known as Cockrell, Quinn & Creighton) has served the Colorado legal community for almost 60 years. Our firm prides itself on its long history of delivering the highest levels of ethical, quality legal work at reasonable rates to businesses and individuals state-wide. Each of the attorneys at Waggener & Foster LLP enjoys an “AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell. We are a small boutique law firm, and therefore are better able to perform legal work efficiently without any layers of bureaucracy or committees. Frequently we receive referrals from bigger law firms to handle selected matters for their trusted clients at lower rates and more efficiently than they can provide.

Each of the attorneys generally performs all of his or her own legal work, with the help of our paralegal/legal assistant. We have great depth of practice experience. Rick Foster and Julie Waggener each have over 34 years experience practicing law. Victor Quinn, who serves in an Of Counsel capacity to the firm, has well over 50 years of experience.
